miseria cantare.

i just got my first tattoo. its of two words; 'miseria cantare.' this is by far my favourite quote, as it translates from italian to english as 'sing the sorrow.' and by sing the sorrow, i interpret that one should celebrate adversity because it is the sculptor of wisdom and entity. the actual process was far less painful than i anticipated too, which is a huge bonus.... though apparently girls handle pain far better than males for the simple reason that we are designed as walking talking baby machines, and from what ive heard, childbirth hurts like a bitch. i just hope daddio doesnt cotton on any time soon, he will actually, literally murder me.
